WARRANTY & POLICIES

WARRANTY

Every Sojourner knife is made by hand in my shop in West Virginia, and I stand behind the work that leaves the shop.

If your knife fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship, I will repair or replace it.

Knives are tools and will naturally show signs of use over time. Normal wear, cosmetic scratches, or edge wear are not considered defects.

If you ever experience an issue, reach out and I’ll do my best to make it right.

LIFETIME SHARPENING

Every Sojourner knife comes with free sharpening for life.

If the edge needs refreshed, you can send the knife back and I’ll sharpen it and send it back ready to use again.

The only thing I ask is that the customer covers shipping both ways.

MISUSE & MODIFICATIONS

This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • misuse or abuse

  • improper sharpening methods

  • modifications performed by someone other than Sojourner Knives

Knives are tools, and they should be used responsibly and for their intended purpose.

REPAIRS & SUPPORT

Even outside of warranty situations, I’m always happy to help if something happens to your knife.

If a knife needs repair, reach out and we can discuss the best way to get it back into working order.

KNIFE OWNERSHIP RESPONSIBILITY

By purchasing a knife from Sojourner Knives, the buyer confirms they are legally allowed to own the knife in their jurisdiction.

By purchasing a knife from Sojourner Knives, the buyer is responsible for understanding and following all local laws and regulations regarding knife ownership and use.

By purchasing and using a Sojourner knife, the buyer agrees to use the product responsibly and assumes all responsibility for its safe and lawful use.

The buyer also agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Sojourner Knives, LLC from any claims, damages, or liabilities that may arise from the ownership, use, or misuse of the knife.
