SHIPPING
Orders ship from West Virginia, USA.
If a knife is listed as ready to ship, it will typically be shipped within 2–3 business days after purchase.
If a knife is sold as a pre-order, the blade has already been ground and heat treated, but the handle and sheath will be finished after the order is placed. Estimated lead times will be listed on the product page when applicable.
Once your order ships, you’ll be sent tracking information to the email you provided during check out.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Orders within the United States are shipped using a tracked shipping service.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise noted.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping may be available depending on location.
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import restrictions that apply in their country.
Please make sure knives are legal to import where you live before placing an order.
RETURNS
Because most knives are produced in small batches or finished to order, returns are generally not accepted.
However, if your knife arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and I’ll work with you to make it right.
